Let’s just say that I’m writing this part of the site reluctantly. I am not a golf fan. I have even gone so far as to say that golf is not a sport. Who is playing the tournament – that’s one people seem to forget to check out. They think that if Tiger “the king of golf” is playing, all their golf bets should go to him. That’s not always the case; remember, he’s lost some pretty major tournaments in the first round in the past.

Golf betting is pretty similar to other types of betting. Think of each golfer as a horse with odds on him or her. There’s more to it, but that’s a foundation. As with any other betting, look for a site that gives you the odds and offers you some tips. If you insist on declaring golf a sport, do some research as to how to really do some smart betting.
